Camp Applications

HOW YOU SIGN UP

2010 Application now available.

1. Fill out the application form and send it in with the $100 deposit, your essay, consent form, and liability form. USAMU-MGM Junior Shooters Camp Application.

2. Write a one-page essay to tell us about yourself and your shooting experiences. This should include what you expect to gain from this class and how the 2nd Amendment to the US Constitution applies to you today, to this training class, and to our shooting sport in specific.

3. You must have your parent(s) or guardian(s) accompany you to this event and have the authorization forms for liability against both AMU and MGM Targets sent with the application and deposit. The forms are located at these links:
